Mindfulness and Acceptance for Exercise in Anxiety

Select research study participants are eligible to receive training that may improve their experience while exercising.

Participants in our study will:

  • Receive training during one appointment in our lab on the UT campus
  • Practice running in the lab at a comfortable pace
  • Be asked to complete at least two exercise sessions per week for three weeks
  • Complete a short, daily exercise survey for three weeks
